I have taken my car here on numerous occasions, but after today, I will shopping around if something happens again. Gave me a quote that was ~$500 and then get an invoice of over $600. They try to tell you one thing, and charge you more. To top it off, the man working the counter was mumbling something under his breath that probably wasn't too kind. Completely unprofessional. Unfortunate because I've brought my car here so many times and had stellar service and great prices. The one positive through it all is that my car was worked on in a timely fashion.

Our car broke down while in town over the weekend. We were quoted a great price so we left it with them for a few days while they fixed it. Even though they had some unexpected trouble they honored the original quote, which was very nice. With us being from out of town their customer service team did an amazing job of keeping us informed on the status and may be the friendliest most helpful team I've ever worked with. Every conversation I had with them was friendly and helpful. If I ever have trouble while in the Maumee/Toledo area again I will definitely be calling here first.

My tire was losing air, so I knew it was something in the tire. On a Sunday my options where limited. Ray was very kind, and understood I would be traveling the next day. Logan repaired the tire and showed me the large screw that was in the tire. All done in a timely manner and cost to patch tire. Thank you!
I have been going here for years and I have had great experiences up until recently.
Took my Jeep in. It had failed to start one day but still had decent power. Explained after doing some research I thought my auxiliary battery was bad. So I put it on a trickle charger and was able to charge main battery enough to start and get it up to Goodyear. Explained there was a light on and every forum I read lead me to the conclusion it was a bad auxillary battery. I was then told the light on was a low tire sensor. (It wasnt and I had to Google and show the kid it was related to my auto start/stop)
They said they would have to look at it and run a diagnostic. Ok fine sounds reasonable.
They call me back and tell me it is my main battery and they replace it. I again inquire about the auxiliary battery. They said they tested it and charged it and it was fine. Sounded weird but they're the mechanic not me.
Get vehicle back and ask some questions bc again I am pretty sure its the auxiliary battery. The guy told me to drive it for a few days to allow the auxiliary battery to charge back up and the light would go off. If not take it to a dealer and have them reset it.
Well its been almost 2 weeks and the light is still on. So I run it up to the Jeep dealership and he laughs bc he said that isn't something you can just reset bc its pulling a code indicating something is wrong.
So the dealer let's me know I will in fact need a new auxiliary battery. And its about $400 (in addition to the almost $350 I already spent replacing the main battery)
I just feel like the customer service and or want to do this job for me wasnt there. Or maybe they just dont know enough about batteries? I am disappointed to say the least and will not be returning unless offered a reasonable resolution.
I mean was the main battery bad to begin with or was it always the auxiliary battery? Frustrated for sure.
Update: they have sent the generic reply and have asked me to reach out to them and explain the situation to them... um... see above? Or hear me out... this might sound crazy... reach out to me? Customer service...
