They were very understanding and helpful. The rental car we got was very well maintained, aside from the Marijuana and tobacco smell, which is of no fault to the company. People are just rude and have no concern for things that aren't theirs. I would highly recommend the Alexis Road location in Toledo, OH. We will definitely be using them again. Prices were amazing as well!
