    The staff in Toledo Ohio at Alexis and Jackman are a purely professional and extremely kind group!! From the start of the process to the complete finish they will explain all their company’s process; even if you haven’t been in need of a rental prior! They will make SURE you are comfortable with their vehicle and assist with anything that you ask. With pickup service and retrieval from the collision shop-there’s no need for anyone else to supply you a ride. Even after they receive their vehicle back-they will call you to make sure your experience was great and then they will make sure your refund deposit (if any is due) is correct and sent timely to your bank. Excellent Staff who treats their customers as if they were family!! AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE WITH THIS STAFF!!

    If I could give 0 stars I would.. Not happy. Yall rent out cars with expired plates. Then don’t listen to the customer. Try to charge my card for more than I paid. Then when I call you out on the price. The story changes. I walked home with my toddler and her car seat. Won’t be back

    Everyone there was super nice. I especially liked Kaylyn. She took the time to explain a few things about the car and I didn't have to fumble around trying to figure it out for myself.

    Mike was extremely helpful and patient. He even stayed after hours to help me get a vehicle. He was friendly and went above and beyond! I was very impressed.
