Can I cancel my Unlimited Wash Club Membership online?
Yes, by visiting CleanExpressWash.com/unlimited. Please have your RFID tag number available. Cancellation requests may take up to 5 days to process.
Will I receive a refund after canceling my Unlimited Wash Club Membership?
Upon cancellation, your Unlimited Wash Club Membership will remain active until your next bill date and you may continue to wash unlimited at all locations up until then. Refunds are not issued after membership cancellation.
What if I change my mind after cancelling my account?
Just pull up to the kiosk at any of our locations and you’ll be prompted to re-activate your account (if your RFID tag is still in place on your windshield). Current packages and pricing at the time of re-activation applies.
I drive for Uber, Lyft, Taxi, etc. Am I able to join the Unlimited Wash Club?
Absolutely! It’s encouraged that you wash frequently to keep your car clean, while shuffling others around.
What types of vehicles do you wash?
Our vehicle clearance is 7’2”. Our conveyor tracks support a tire width of up to 13.5″, and we cannot accept trucks with dual wheels or vehicles over 85″ wide. For the safety of our customers, team members and wash equipment, we cannot wash vehicles with bike/scooter/wheelchair/utility racks. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
