I brought Mark five totes of scattered transmission parts (old and new) and asked if he could reassembled everything. It was a basket case, but they were up to the challenge. Mark was the only shop that actually asked details about the project and my expectations. All the other shops I called gave the typical “just bring it in” quote. Mark spent the time with me on the phone, and sold himself and his shop. After a few days he had everything put back together at the price he quoted. I still have to install the transmission myself and test drive, but the customer service was impressive. I’m sure the quality of the rebuild will match.

We were able to get in right away and when we went to drop it off, Mark wanted to test drive it. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the transmission so he couldn’t help us with the maintenance but he did help us identify what the problem could be, and at NO CHARGE. We definitely recommend this place based on our experience and the recommendation of my close friend who had her transmission replaced by them and had a good experience.
