We were able to get in right away and when we went to drop it off, Mark wanted to test drive it. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the transmission so he couldn’t help us with the maintenance but he did help us identify what the problem could be, and at NO CHARGE. We definitely recommend this place based on our experience and the recommendation of my close friend who had her transmission replaced by them and had a good experience.

I purchased a Subaru with Carvana and with the multiple issues it has, they recommended another shop to go to - to get the bulk of the work performed, but said they would be available for a trans and/or engine swap if needed. I was very impressed with how friendly and knowledgeable they were. Bonus points for being honest and so, so kind! I highly recommend them!

I was having transmission problems with my car and went to the dealership and another transmission shop, both of which did not have any answers for me and wouldn't try and figure out what was wrong. Mark went above and beyond finding me a new transmission, explaining to me what exactly was wrong with my old one, had it done the next day and charged me reasonably for his work. The customer service is incredible. I had all my questions answered without being made to feel stupid and the staff is knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. If I ever need work done on my car I will be bringing it to Best Transmission and Auto Repair.
