Rifled through the car claiming they were looking for a screwdriver or tool , wasn’t very clear. They own every tool needed THERE. Why are they going through our car for a tool we don’t own and they do in their shop?? They had ZERO business going through the car. Ketchup packets were everywhere, trash overturned, etc. Being reported. When we called they denied and said too bad you signed a contract. Well missing change vs rifling through someone’s entire car is very different and hopefully corporate will agree? Not sure what to do. Just clean your car before going if you trust them to fix your car. I didn’t have these issues at any other location!! The secor one has saved my butt several times.
