I had purchased all brand new lug nuts already. Every where I quoted me a ridiculous amount and Discount Tire had even told me initially bring in and they'd fix free of charge then told me they wouldn't touch my car unless I purchased new tires from them. I felt defeated and was ready to just give up. I explained all of the runaround I got, and I instantly felt heard. I didn't feel I was getting the runaround right off the rip. I was told to bring it in, they'd look it over and give me a quote. No purchase necessary. They did say with it being Black Friday weekend it could be a long wait but they'd get it done if it was possible which they thought it would be. I was in and out in less than an hour even with how busy they were and they did NOT charge me an arm and a leg. They didn't pressure me to buy anything or have any other work done. I would absolutely come back here for more work after this experience.
