I get put on hold while trying to check on part availability, though all other autozones said they had it, stay on hold over 20 minutes, while heading to them. Hang up, call again just to tell me their system says they dont have the part. So, I would say call beforehand, but that's a waste of time too.

He repeated himself again with no eye contact, and when I asked him if he was taking to me he was rather insulting. When , I had asked what I had done to deserve this treatment, He got loud with me and asked me to leave the store. I’ve never had a bad experience in any Auto Zone EVER!!
