    I have been an AutoZone member and a loyal customer at the North Reynolds location since I first started driving over 15 years ago. Until today, I have never experienced service this poor. I came in simply looking for headlights and was immediately met with irritated body language from the customer service representative, Camelia. From the start, her attitude was dismissive and unwelcoming. When I explained what I needed, she responded with unnecessary attitude and frustration instead of basic customer service. Camelia stated that she was new and didn’t know if she could help me. In any reasonable customer service environment, if an employee is unsure how to assist, they ask for help or involve someone more experienced. That did not happen. Instead, she continued to display irritation and made the interaction uncomfortable and unprofessional. When the situation was escalated, the manager, Mel B., was no better. Rather than de-escalating the situation or offering support, the response lacked accountability, empathy, or any attempt to make things right. I left feeling dismissed and disrespected after being a loyal customer for well over a decade. This experience was extremely disappointing and completely out of character for what I’ve known AutoZone to be. I hope leadership takes customer service standards seriously at this location, because no customer should be treated this way, especially one who has supported the business for so many years.

    Standing in line to wait to be helped,this store is horrible and has been yhe same for years,thought I would give it anthor chance buy nope the same thing will not go back horrible customer service.
