- WPWill PippinApr 23, 20265.0Mark the owner was real helpful taking care of me and I was told dropping my van off on a Thursday I will have it back no later than Wednesday got a call Wednesday morning to pick it up. Price was very reasonable plus the warranty is out of this world I do alot of driving so to be told I get a 2yr unlimited mile warranty was definitely the peace of mind I needed. All the way around a great shop reasonable with payment options highly recommended if you have any car repair needs contact mark at best transmission and auto he and his team will definitely take care of you!!!

I brought Mark five totes of scattered transmission parts (old and new) and asked if he could reassembled everything. It was a basket case, but they were up to the challenge. Mark was the only shop that actually asked details about the project and my expectations. All the other shops I called gave the typical “just bring it in” quote. Mark spent the time with me on the phone, and sold himself and his shop. After a few days he had everything put back together at the price he quoted. I still have to install the transmission myself and test drive, but the customer service was impressive. I’m sure the quality of the rebuild will match.
