  Rude!..Not helpful at all!...I needed to get something for my truck, but needed to see how much oil I needed to buy also. I am short and could not reach my oil stick in the snow. So I asked an older white man if they had a small stool or something I could stand on to check my oil. He showed me a stool with wheels, to purchase, to stand on! I said, I might kill myself on that in the snow. But do you have something I could borrow for a second? He says, how about a bucket? I say, sure.. but I have to buy it? He says, yeah. So I ask if someone could check it for me. Another employee says he would, but he is shorter than me. So he asks the white guy, who says no. I said, nevermind I'll just buy what I have and go. The white guy goes outside anyway, after all that and comes in as I'm waiting to pay, and yells your gonna need more than that you don't have any! Now ,you tell me is this good customer service?! Save yourself the trouble and go next door to O'Reilly's.

  One of the staff noticed I had a tire low on air. He grab his air compressor and filled it for me.

  I would like to say thank you to the manager and her cashier this morning was a wild morning for my car thanks to these two workers and the grace of god everything turned out great… They was very helpful polite and professional with that said I wanna really say thank you from the bottom of my heart you guys are amazing people and thanks again for letting me use some tools I didn’t have
