  Came to get an ignition coil. The fist guy who I saw a day or so ago was super cool! I saw Matt today…so freaking rude! Honestly was kinda scared this Matt guy was having a medical emergency or on something with the way he was acting, not sure. Def wouldn’t recommend Matt, wish I got the first guys name because he was great.

  They didn't have either part I went there for. I checked their website before I went to the store and it showed they had both. Disappointing

  Lost my business for commercial the guy was giving me a hard time about shopping not at my home store and that im the son of the owner and employee of family business and also the mechanic for our fleet needed verification from my father that's on the job working unnecessary inconvenience on a busy day im sorry i was doing other shopping at menarads and needed something else from the parts store will never shop here again and will be trying to shop at O'Reilly auto parts from now on

  On March 8, 2026 I went to Autozone thinking that I can get a connector for my top post battery when I couldn’t locate any connectors, I asked the woman with the glasses who now I come to find out is the manager just for some help she did acknowledge me and when she did, she gave me so much attitude. I didn’t feel like spending my money there because it didn’t feel welcome. She tried to berate me while I was walking out of the store. I didn’t say anything back to her, but she tried to get under my skin. I don’t know if she was having a bad day but it seems every time I entrance is Autozone. One of their workers is either incompetent or have serious attitude problems it’s not worth going to this one. I will go to another one.
