I waited for 3.5 hours and had to return a second time for the 4th tire. Through the whole process, Glenn was very kind, apologetic, and provided accommodations. He communicated with me several times, I never felt neglected as a client, I felt rather prioritized. Glenn seemed very caring and invested in my correcting my services.
- BMBrian MayDec 18, 20254.0I scheduled an alignment and they got me right in and got to work. 2.5hours later they informed me my battery is weak and went dead on the lift, i informed them every car battery will go dead if they leave the parking lights on for 2.5hours as their working on my vehicle as the guy behind the counter kind of dissagreed with me. They parked my vehicle out front by the door for me then informed me i would need to bring my vehicle back and leave with them for an entire day to really get my allignment diald in fully but its better than what it was before i brought it in.. my car was definately driving straighter than it was before but iv gotta say as a former alignment tech, 2.5hours spent on an alignment should of been plenty of time to do the job especially since every steering and suspension part was brand new along with rims and tires so no worn out bushings, bearings, springs, shocks or bent or bad tires to deal with. I will be dropping the vehicle back off to allow them to finish the job tomorrow so hopefully they get me diald in and good to go finaly.

Customer rep sitting at front desk spoke to mechanic working on car and all i heard was “wheel” and "so you don't mess anything up" 30 min job and he was away from the car for 10 of it. I worked in car industry before. wasn’t a caring environment
