I've rented from Enterprise many times to the years and never had a $500 deposit for a weekend rental. I canceled my rental and will never rent from Enterprise again. I feel like I'm being treated as if I have done your company wrong or have a driving record. I'm 59;yrs old with 2 no fault accidents in my life, a clean driving record and best insurance coverage. Telling me I need over twice of my rental cost on top of the rental and the day before is beyond unprofessional. I was quoted $204 at checkout and now, the day before leaving for my grandson's wedding you tell me to bring over $700! I will make sure to never recommend you again like I used to in the past.
