They were so kind to do so at no charge I noticed the options of finance, therefore proceeded with the diagnosis. What should have been detected when the timing chain was replaced, as well as brakes, rotors, muffler and tailpipe at a local well known shop was overlooked. 3 years ago I purchased new tires at another dealer with several locations . Had tires rotated, as well as other services. Not once did either locations acknowledge that the wrong lug nuts were on my wheels!!! Tallmadge Tire Bros serviced from the fuel pump to the engine. They properly secured the heat shield over the muffler ( from previous work as mentioned above). Replaced wheels with proper safe lug nuts all for a reasonable amount. Oh, and the oil change with the specific oil for my vehicle is highly competitive over my previous charges. Friendly, efficient, communication and integrity is appreciated from this business.
