  First of all I must say Jackson was incredible help today. Rental vehicle through Enterprise and I've had a sense of January and because I'm on the road 6,000 miles a month on average I have to get an oil changes quite often. Enterprise forces you to go to certain places such as NTB or Firestone and each time that I go there I'm usually there for an hour just to process the paperwork and an additional four to five hours sometimes all day just to get one oil change. I was scheduled for 12:00 and I came in and asked Jackson if there was any way possible could he squeeze me in early so I can get on with my day he was able to get me an hour and a half early at 10:30 and I was out the door by 10:45. I was flabbergasted. If I could give more than five stars I would this place was amazing professional clean and accommodating.

  this place went above and beyond for me in my company. I had a 12 o’clock appointment, but happen to be in town early I came in three hours early and asked him if there’s anyway they could squeeze me in early and they sure went above and beyond to make sure that they could accommodate my needs. They were able to get my truck right in serviced and me back on the road so I can continue my business for the day ! 10 out of 10. Jackson was very helpful kind and understanding. I have an enterprise vehicle and so it takes places like Firestone 4 to 5 hours to get my vehicle serviced and this was within 30 min. 🙏🏻

  made an appointment to get my tire patched as i have plenty of times before. i sat there for an hour for them to only replace the valve and not even check my tire for a hole. by the end of the night my tire was completely flat again. typically my go to place but clearly they don’t do their job.

  I purchased brand new tires In June 2025. My low tire light started coming on so I returned to the shop. The issue was a bad seal and it was corrected. Again my tire light came on and the issue was the tire was over filled when installed, it was corrected. I returned back 6 additional times because my tire light kept coming on. The shop checked for leaks multiple times and found nothing. They ended up resealing all of the tires. The next day tire light was on again! I fortunately had purchased the warranty because one of the employees discussed it with me and it made a lot of sense due to cost of the tires. They ordered a new tire under the warranty and replaced it. It’s been about three days and no problems . They went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved… they were very kind and understanding. The only thing that could be improved is the communication - call backs when promised.
