Always went to my regular oil change place decided to go here one time told them I only wanted an oil change and air in my tires if needed low and behold they filled my windshield washer fluid container with a diluted solution the very first freeze broke my wiper lines busted, contacted corporate was told that they reviewed a video showing that she did fill my container even after I ask them not to and they were denying my claim I asked for a copy of that said video they said it's their policy that they do not give it out I asked for a copy of their policy and was told that they don't have a copy seems to me they start making policies out of thin air nowadays stay far away from here
