They took his number and told him they would notify him when the car was ready since he had my car. They were doing an oil change and alignment. Jeff was the very first person there at 8am. No one was ahead of him. Jeff had to be in Port Clinton at noon so it was urgent that the car was done timely. 2 hours and 19 minutes later he walked out into the service dept. and inquired if the car was done!!!! After NO ONE HAD COME TO GET HIM!!!!! No one seemed to know. It was a no well yes??? Was what he got. It seems like everything was discombobulated. No one knew what was going on. Needless to say he was an hour late getting to his appointment thanks to your miss-communication in your service department. This does not speak well for your service department.

Emily had a look about her that just brings you at ease as she’s offering you water or pop and sitting down and asking me what I had in mind and trying to help me with what I wanted, even if I changed my mind a couple times. She was extremely informative about the cards I was interested in. She wasn’t pushy nor did she encourage anything except what I wanted.. Emily was very kind, down to earth, didn’t take herself too seriously but knew her job extremely well. I would recommend her or buy again from her every opportunity I get..
