    The experience was great. My only 2 complaints are that Noone explained the different ways to save with an employee number, and that I did not get a full charge before I left the lot, therefore I had to pay to charge my brand new vehicle the day of purchase.

    Came for service last week for a van we purchased through there. Won't even get into that because the van has given us problem after problem since buying it a couple months ago. Anyways set up an appointment because there was a loud squeak coming from the RR passenger side wheel. Took it in paid the diagnostic fee and the service writer JJ told us we needed new shocks. Cool, it's an older van and it would need to be replaced anyway. He came back To us and said it needs a new hub/bearing. Ok fix it. Later on we get a call saying the brakes need to be replaced and its "still a little squeaky" after that 1300 dollars of work was done. We decided to pass on the brake job because of the holidays and figured we get it done afterwards thinking as long as the loudness of the noise was gone we can deal with it for a couple weeks. We pay, go to pull out of the service bay and it's even worse. I know the mechanic read the invoice and heard that noise when he pulled out so they're blatantly ignoring customer complaints and charging you for unnecessary work that doesn't fix the issue at all. I went back in and spoke to the service manager who took a ride in the van and heard it for himself and got us in to actually fix the issue. Thankfully he was more competent than the other staff. Also got no charge. Your staff needs more training imo, especially the receptionist and service writers. they don't treat people well and don't address the issues you have. No thanks at all to the other staff but thanks to the service manager they fixed the issue but I don't think I'll be coming back. Nor will I recommend anyone to buy a used car here. The day after we purchased the van the check engine light came on. And we took it back and they told us there was nothing wrong with it. Don't recommend this place at all.

    My husband and I came to Dave White Chevrolet looking for a newer used car. I drove a 2022 Chevy Trax. I told our salesman, Tony, that I liked it but I didn't love it. He asked why, what I was looking for, and I told him. We were chatting and we mentioned that my husband had worked for GM. Tony was on the computer, and he showed me that with my husband's discount, and just a little more money, we could get a brand new 2026 Chevy Trax that has everything I wanted on it. It was a deal I couldn't pass up. My new car came in a couple of days ago, and yesterday we picked it up. Tony was amazing and helped me set up everything, connected my phone, showed me how everything works and made me promise to sit in my driveway and play with it when I got home. He also said that if I had any questions I can come back or call and he will help me. I am very happy with my entire experience at Dave White Chevy. Usually, buying a car or any other big purchase is stressful, but Tony made it easy and stress-free.

    If I could give a 0 star I would! Stopped in because my vehicle was acting up and my husband did work for them in the past, they were close so he advised me to go there. First time they had my vehicle for a little over a week, charged us $400 and some. Told us wires were zip tied and tucked under the bumper from previous work, but they were able to get the issue taken care of and sent us on our way. Four days later it went black twice in one day, screen goes black, power in the car completely locks up, no brakes, no steering. We then had it towed back to Dave White where it stayed for over two weeks, the only updates we got were from us calling. One tech or whatever they are, told my husband they were troubleshooting and they were waiting to hear back from a diagnostic tech and a week later we call to see how things are coming, told they are driving daily and no codes and no issues. Charged us $215 for the tow and sent us on our way. That night it stalled twice and on my way home I turned down our road, hit a patch of ice and the car went black again….I came about 2 inches away from hitting a tree. I called the next day and left a message for the service manger, today, over two weeks later, Raquel called me back. She was hostile from the start……claiming we didn’t give them ample time to work on the vehicle…I had my car 4 days out of that month and only called to inquire twice in the over two weeks they had it. She said since I called her a liar, which I didn’t, that there was nothing they could do for us. They never once told us they needed more time to figure out the problem, they insisted nothing came on in the car to show there was a problem, yet it now has 3 new lights going off. We had talked about trading it in, Kelly Blue Book is $17,000, Dave White offered $12,000, our hometown dealership offered $15,000, not knowing it had issues. Why such a lowball offer if there’s nothing wrong with the vehicle?!? Almost $700 spent there and my car is currently in another shop being looked at. Raquel needs some lessons in customer service, absolutely uncalled for to be that rude when you are wrong! Would not recommend!
