We go out there is a cover on the battery. He says can’t do it. I said that I can remove the cover it’s on on by 3 or 4 little push pins. He’s like nope can’t do it. Then got some attitude that I was going to return the battery. I said that I only came here for you to put it in. I offered to take the cover off. This is a review for their customer service. From their parking lot, called the competitor just down the street. They said no problem and took great care of me down the street!
