  I was having a really bad weekend. It involved eulogizing a funeral and hitting a massive coyote. Landon and Lexi went above and beyond to help us out and get us in the vehicle we needed.

  Enterprise on central avenue has been absolutely a nightmare of an experience. To say the least , this last year has been extremely hard for most americans and my family , especially. I had to work overtime one night and it was raining and dark and I got in a car accident, and I have not been able to save up money to fix my car yet or get a new car.So I have been renting from enterprise for about 3 months now. Not one time have they offered me any loyalty program, which I found out about on a commercial. Or any type of reward for doing business with them or points or anything like that. The very 1st day that I rented my vehicle from them.They saw me as a young, naive girl alone who looked desperate and convinced me that I needed all of these extra protections so I ended up paying around seven hundred dollars with a one hundred dollar deposit. After I found out they took advantage of me. I made sure to let them know that I no longer needed any of that. And my rental went down from 700A week to $270, which is the weekly rate, and has been since I started with them 3 months ago.... My husband and I have had a few days where our checks did not hit our account at the right time. We contacted enterprise to inform them that we would be late on our payment and if it was an issue that we would bring the car back and then we would go get the car when the payment came, they had no problem with it, because we were continuing to pay every week for a weekly Rate and consistently kept in contact with them and informed them of everything that was going on in our lives. After 2 months of renting with them and many phone calls of letting them know what's going on and working with them and they were phenomenal with us, They started to charge my card without my permission.Without my authorization , and without calling us... I get paid biweekly and I woke up one morning to my bank account Being negative $161 due to them, charging me $112 without informing me why or even calling me to let me know that they would be doing this, that put me into the negative and caused me to have to pay way more money. Now i'm dealing with them charging us again for a weekly rate that hasn't even been requested yet. For the last two weeks , they have told us that our week goes from Sunday to Sunday, on Sunday ( for the last two sundays) They said thank you, your payment has gone through, we will talk to you next Sunday, and then they charge my husband's card $270 last night on January 29th 2006 on a Thursday, which then put my husband into The negative, because he did not have the money in there.Because once again , they charged our account without informing us or calling or anything. After three months of renting with this million dollar company and building a relationship with employees and knowing almost every single person's name that works there because I have talked to them so many times to keep them in the loop , they are now charging our cards without talking to us. I Am absolutely appalled and astonished at the customer service and the way That things have been handled at this location. Sometimes people will have to rent vehicles for many different reasons. My reason was so that I could save up money to put down for a new car or to fix my Jeep that I got in an accident with because I only had liability, but I am not able to when I'm paying $1064 a month to enterprise. And then having multiple extra UNKNOWN charges to My bank account without my permission.That causes me to go into the negative and overdraft , and then I get charges from my bank. If you are ever struggling and you need to rent a car, I would never suggest going to this location or possibly enterprise at all?And I hate to say that they have ruined it for every relocation for me because I really liked enterprise. It doesn't seem like they have sympathy For what is going on in America right now? The economy Or anything that people are going through? Unfortunately, it's another company that only cares about money.

  We had a exceptional experience at this location! We booked an AWD weeks ago for our trip this past week at the Findlay location. A few hours before pickup, we were told there was no vehicles. After no help from Findlay location (weren’t even willing to make calls or anything, just left us to scramble), we started to call around. The central location in Toledo was so helpful. They were able to get us something. We were suppose to bring back today at central location, but with storm we had to cut our trip short from WV. Alex was wonderful and worked it out so we could drop rental off in Findlay on Saturday night when getting back into town. The experience with Findlay location was stressful, but central location in Toledo stepped up and made the rest of process as smooth and helpful as they could!!! Thank You so much!!!
