  Terrible experience. My husband uses national on a regular basis. Called national ahead of time- they confirmed we could use the emerald counter like the Emerald Isle at the airport location. Airport wouldn’t let us choose vehicle. Ruined our first day of our trip.

  They were very quick at the desk and the guy working was very pleasant. The car I received- a Toyota Corolla was clean.

  Ben was amazing and so helpful when the rental I was supposed to receive wasn't returned on time. He went out of his way to make sure we had the vehicle before we left and I couldn't be more appreciative of his help.
