Why isn’t there a simple, modern digital system for uploading or printing paperwork? For a country that leads the world in technology and innovation, this feels incredibly outdated. As a manager, I would expect higher standards and more efficient processes. It’s disappointing to see such unnecessary inconvenience in such a wealthy and advanced nation. ⸻ If you want it a bit softer or more aggressive in tone, tell me — I’ll adjust it.

- MBMatt BallDec 31, 20253.0Parking tight. Better off making ur own. Lot is ok. And inside is a bit dirty. Also isn’t mold a big health factor? Why don’t these truck stops clean the showers better. It takes 0 effort to use a mop or something to wipe mold.

- SOSalah OmarDec 21, 20255.0The customer services alone gets this flying J a 5 star from me. I had really bad experience at the pilot across the street. Shower was hot, water pressure. The overall atmosphere is welcoming, even at 2am. Thank you guys, keep it up.
