I wouldn't recommend this place. Their not straight up with you. My husband called 3 days straight and no call back. The financial part was changed . There was no contact about it. Told needs a break control 3 hours and we still don't have it. The financial guy dismissed me like I was 5. He is rude never trust a guy that where hair outside their. As for the free gifts they give you for run around. It's everything that they give you for buying one. It's a no honestly policy! It's a bunch of BS! Just let there with NO TRAILER BREAKS!!!!!

I arrived right at opening to see an RV that had been posted the day before. I was greeted, told them what I was there for, and was immediately asked for my driver’s license to scan before being pointed towards a door to lot with, “It’s out there somewhere — someone will check on you.” Already annoyed, I walked the lot alone wondering when one of the eight salespeople I passed sitting in their glass offices eating breakfast and drinking coffee would come assist me. I eventually found the RV myself and spent about 15-20 minutes looking it over inside and out. Still nobody came out. I finally went back in and asked someone to help me. I requested to see the RV with the slides open, so he went to get the keys. Ten minutes later he returned saying he couldn’t find them and that the managers were “in a meeting.” As if a manager couldn’t be bothered to get the keys for a potential buyer. He went back to look again. Another ten minutes passed. When I went inside to find him, he still didn’t have the keys and was talking to two other sales guys — one of which mentioned the unit had previous water damage and delamination. Hard pass. I don't know if they aren't paid on commission, lazy or what but this place is a joke. The reviews warning about this exact experience were spot‑on, and somehow the sales manager still has a job. I actually feel bad for the guy who did help me as he's been there a month and is new to sales. Sadly, he likely won't be there much longer as their lack of training is setting him up for failure. I won’t be back and I wouldn't recommend wasting your time either.

Horrible customer service, went in on 4/19 at 4:00pm, I was not greeted coming in Mackenzie and Yosef and another guy who would not give his name nor did he have a name badge on. He was the rudest, when I told them I was in the store for 15 mins and no one said a word to me. Not even the guy coming out the back when I used the restroom. Sad because I wanted to buy some rv toilets and other things I put back. Racism is real out here.

Did not want to deal with us. Wanted to give us $8000 less than what our travel trailer was worth. Then said they would give us $3000 more for ours but then wanted $6000 down

We just bought our first camper from camping world. Was it the worst experience NO but was it the best also NO. We bought a brand-new unit doing the walk through we knew more than the tech. Leading up to the day we picked it up the communication sucked. I do have to give a little wiggle room it was the weekend of the massive windstorm that Ohio had. But even leading up to that day our bank had tried to reach out and couldn't get a response. But when getting a buyer's agreement the first one listed propane. Our unit is all electric!! So, we got ahold of our sales guy for the updated one for the bank. They took off the propane. Great Cool! Comes down to the day before pick up sales guy says you need a break controller. $350!!! I'm thinking cool they install it wire it in no biggie. NO, it is all Bluetooth! So, I had to get another buyer's agreement. After getting the final number and getting the okay with the bank. Our bank had been reaching out since Wednesday to make sure they could send a promise to pay letter no answer. After several hrs I got the answers, they needed. Now we got to pick up start doing our walk through. The tech goes your probably bought a package that comes with everything you need to go camping to start out. Me and the husband had no clue what he was talking about. But we did buy a package would have been nice to know what packages they had beforehand. We would have loved to pick the one we wanted. We ask the tech on the walk-through what size ball does it take? He goes I wanna say it's a 2" cool that's what all the other trailers we have taken. That's what we had. We noticed on the way home it had a little jerk we had thought that it's a new trailer we aren't used to all the noises this one makes. Come to find out after looking at the tongue of the camper it takes a larger ball. We are very happy with our camper we love it. But we are not happy with camping world in Sunbury. If we ever get another unit, I can say things will be different but Double and Triple check before pulling out of the lot. Make sure the sales guy fully explains everything. This was not a little choice. We checked every dealer ship in the area. Finally decided on one and I myself am very irritated about the whole issue. After walking out I felt like another number not like someone had just sold me something that we will make thousands of memories in. Back with an update!! The general manager reached out, and we went down on April 4th. Got everything worked out to come back on 4/11/2026. They did replace the brake controller with the one we thought we were getting. When going in we told them please put it on the right side. We walked around the store waiting. Never left the store. He brings the keys say you're ready to go. We head out to the truck and get in the brake controller was placed on the left side. There was no communication that it would be placed there. So, we proceed to go back in and ask why it was placed on the left. The service manager who gave us our keys had no clue. Come to find out there is an air bag in the way. We had no idea that air bag existed till then. WITHOUT communicating with us the Tech proceeds to mount it on the left side. When we ask that it get moved somewhere else the tech decided that he would trash talk us to others in the area. In ear shot of me the customer who is talking about. After we ask for it to be moved, he threw an even bigger fit and stormed out of the shop in front of me and my husband. So, to make a Not-so-great experience it just got worse. When I brought up the difference in price of the brake controllers the GM said there was no difference. There was a significant difference.
