  First car they gave me smelled like smoke. I thought it would go away but it was embedded into the seats. I drove it for like 50 miles before I started having chest pains due to asthma. The second car they replaced that car with had a non working key fob (I even changed the battery), requires manual locking and unlocking, and you have to reach over the seat to open the passenger door because the driver unlock button doesn’t unlock them all. I am giving two stars instead of one because the lady I spoke with on the phone in between the first and second car was extremely helpful and gave great customer service. They did send a worker 30 mins to my house to change out car which was extremely appreciated. So my overall review is really good REACTIVE customer service but poor quality of cars and poor quality checks. I also would have appreciated being notified that the key fob doesn’t work. It’s a newer car, so I wouldn’t expect it not to work.

  Lexie at the Strongsville office was friendly and helpful. The entire process, from renting to returning was quick, easy, and efficient. I will definitely rent from Enterprise again, and highly recommend them to others!

  Lexie and the Strongsville team made the rental process quick and painless. They arrived on time with the vehicle and it was incredibly clean. Scheduling pickup when the work was completed on my car was just as simple.

  Horrible customer service and rude. Had a reservation just for them to tell me they gave it away. So unprofessional how they speak to you

  The young man managing the store went above and beyond to get me what I needed great service and give that store manager a raise. I got a one way mini van trip and he even tried to get me a better car.
