  Got there 15 minutes before my appointment, but they took me in right away. Both rear tires were had slow leaks. They removed them wire wheeled. The aluminum rims (the source of the leaks), new valve stems, rebalancing, remounted, and torque correctly. I thought the price was very fair.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this one is well deserved. The front desk employee—Dan—was condescending, unfriendly, and clearly uninterested in helping customers. His attitude made it feel like he was daring me to leave a bad review, so here it is. Dan came across as poorly motivated and untrustworthy—definitely not someone most people would want to associate with, let alone rely on for service. He was dismissive of basic questions and made customer concerns feel like a burden. This is not just poor customer service—it’s a complete failure of professionalism. The product they sell—tires and basic auto services—can be purchased anywhere. What sets a shop apart is how they treat people. As long as Dan is managing the front, I will not return—and I’ll be letting friends and family know to stay away from Mr. Tire in Strongsville. You won’t regret taking your business elsewhere. Honestly, Dan’s behavior was so off-putting and unprofessional that it felt like he was actively trying to drive customers away. He’s simply not a good fit for a customer-facing role, and I hope the company reconsiders who they trust to represent their brand.

  Came in for an emergency tire repair was accommodated at that moment. Which I was very grateful for. The manager was awesome. Was able to honor my Tire warranty from another Mr Tire store, without any difficulty. Thank you for making my day easy! I’m a repeat customer across many vehicles I previously owned.

  The manager was suggesting tires and other services before my vehicle was even looked at when I was clear that all I needed was a tire rotation- since I purchased all of my tires from there. The foul language used during the conversation was unprofessional and he talked about customers openly. He wasn’t directing the language at me but there was a comfort he hand with me and I have to wonder if there’s quality work being done on vehicles- mine in particular. I also don’t need to hear why his employees aren’t showing up. I won’t be going back to this location.
