I had stopped at two auto parts stores that both were unable to test my battery and also acted like I was inconveniencing them. So I called Goodyear which was right by my work. Katie answered the phone and she was a delight. Told me to stop on up and they will be able to check that for me no problem! Although she was just the lady who answers the calls she stepped out in the bitter cold to make sure everything was good while Cody checked my battery. I wanted to praise them both for awesome customer service. Both Katie and Cody were professional and kind. Thank you again!
