I purchased a full set of tires, only to discover a defect shortly after installation. This required five separate return trips to the service center just to get the issue acknowledged and addressed, completely eroding my confidence in the product and the service team. The ultimate failure came shockingly fast: the defective tire went completely bad, failing well under 10,000 miles. For a premium brand like Goodyear, this level of quality is unacceptable and frankly dangerous. When I brought the failed tire back, the service manager told me they would take it off the rim to properly inspect the defect. Instead, they called me back almost immediately, confirming they had NOT looked at the tire off the rim, and simply told me to "call customer service." This entire experience demonstrates a profound failure in product quality, customer service, and management integrity. Do not buy these tires if you value your time or safety. I paid for a premium product and received a hazardous defect backed by utterly incompetent service.

The store manager went above and beyond to get my appointment in since one of my old tires had a bad leak in it and I needed it done right away.
