  My recent experience of renting a car at Enterprise SF was fantastic! The process was so easy, from placing my request to returning the car. I dropped my personal car off at a body shop for repair. Lexie picked me up and took me to get my rental car. She was so friendly and kind. She processed my order and got me into my rental car quickly. She is a true professional at her job. I simply dropped the rental car off at the body shop after my car was finished and they did the rest. I even got a follow up call from Lexie to let me know the car was returned properly and my deposit will be refunded right away. The whole process was an excellent experience. Thank you! Tom

  I usually have nothing but high regards about enterprise🥺. I rent probably 12+ vehicles from them a year. They have always have done an outstanding a job however they dropped the ball on me this time. First I’ll say I modified my rental to a full size suv awd upon arriving they put me into a 25 Chevy equinox. Not a full size but a compact. After leaving the rental place I had to put air in the tire about 20 minutes down the road, once I was driving for about 2 hours the tire light came on again so I stopped again and that’s when I seen a 3 inch screw sticking out of the tire. So I called their “24” hour road side. Mind you it’s not Saturday around 4:30. After being on hold for 25 minutes a lady that could barely speak English gets on the line and tries to tell me it’s going to be a 55 dollar charge. Now on the website it states in their policy all new rental receive “24”hour roadside for the first 24 hours of having the car. Even if you didn’t purchase the extra for roadside. So why was she was trying to charge is beyond me. So I hung up and called back. I spoke to someone else, He informed me that all the branches they went through are closed so no they couldn’t offer me “24” hour road side. I ended up wasting two hours of my time with all of that and still had a flat. Then I had to come out of pocket 55 dollars for an air pump, plugs and pliers to fix the flat tire myself. Only thing roadside did was put in for an exchange the next morning on my sons birthday so now I’m wasting more of my time to fix something they clearly couldn’t. Then I get put into an even smaller suv. Granted it was another equinox but this one was way smaller. What annoys me is how I got charged for a full size awd suv and didn’t receive one and then putting more of my money to fix their car. I had a after hours return so I haven’t spoken to a manager yet. I hope they do the right thing so I can adjust this review to a five star and continue business with them. Photo is an example that shows the “upgrade option” which is what I did for mine to get a standard suv awd for and additional 18+ dollars . I paid more money for the same car I originally reserved and didn’t receive a standard size awd suv what a scam!

  I have had cause to rent cars and SUVs from the Strongsville Enterprise store many, many times over the course of the last ten months. I usually do so via the Costco app, which enables me to receive a nice discount. From the outset, each member of the Enterprise team has been gracious, helpful, informative, and pleasant. They are honest, detail-oriented, and most dependable, and have helped me out of a bind on more than one occasion. I have been able to be picked up for my reservations and driven back home when my rentals ended. The pick-ups have been dependable and timely, and the drivers have been courteous and pleasant. I enthusiastically recommend the members of the Strongsville Enterprise team!!!
