My reason for the 2 star review is because the Enterprise location at Serpentini Collision Center - Middleburg Heights had rental cars parked in handicapped parking spots. I witnessed a man in a wheelchair have to park in a service bay and wheel himself into the reception area because there way no where to park. I brought this concern up to Enterprise and their response was “okay” and nothing more. This is illegal and unexceptionable. I would not rent from this location again and do not recommend its service.
