  My car stopped at Costco and tire center people helped me to jump and suggested to check the health at AutoZone, went here after checking the them and they diagnosed in few mins and said nothing wrong with battery but my alternator is having issues. Appreciate their kindness, honesty and fast service. Thanks team.

  Very rude staff, i called and asked if they can put in a battery for my car they said they could and be there within the half hour, i got there and then they decide to say “well we can’t put the battery in” Nik A was very rude and not thrilled to be serving the customers and this guy with the long hair was very disrespectful. I will not be coming back here.(: I’ll take my money to another auto zone that has respect and class. (:

  Store manager Richard T greeted me while I was looking at tire repair options and he immediately looked at the screw in my tire and found the best option for my tire. It was raining and he did NOT hesitate at all coming outside to help me! He was super kind and helpful.

  I had an excellent experience at the Strongsville AutoZone thanks to Rick. I called ahead to check if they had the battery I needed and if installation was available, he confirmed right away. I arrived within five minutes, and Rick had the battery changed out in less than 20 minutes. He was polite, professional, and provided outstanding customer service. I had gone to Advance Auto earlier and had a disappointing experience, so I truly appreciated how smooth and hassle-free Rick made the process. Highly recommend this location, and especially Rick!
