  Walked in (Monday 7:15ish) two at the farthest of computers you can get from the front door. One sitting on a small chair on his phone and the other one standing next to him on his phone. Real quick hello and head back down from the one standing, can hear their videos from the first aisle near the doors walked down three aisle with no further contact. Decided to walk out and as I do a lady walks in and gets a soft hello to the point she says "did I hear something, oh way back there". I don't need the red carpet but at least show a decent effort to see if I need help after I walked a few aisles.

  My car stopped at Costco and tire center people helped me to jump and suggested to check the health at AutoZone, went here after checking the them and they diagnosed in few mins and said nothing wrong with battery but my alternator is having issues. Appreciate their kindness, honesty and fast service. Thanks team.

  Very rude staff, i called and asked if they can put in a battery for my car they said they could and be there within the half hour, i got there and then they decide to say “well we can’t put the battery in” Nik A was very rude and not thrilled to be serving the customers and this guy with the long hair was very disrespectful. I will not be coming back here.(: I’ll take my money to another auto zone that has respect and class. (:
