Was so nice about standing out in the pouring rain with me to help me look at something, and tighten up my loose battery connector. . Allowed me to ask a lot of questions and get a lot of advice. Chris also helped me put on a new part today and then also gave me great advice. I felt that they really cared about my car, and the fact that I was just trying to keep my car on the road for a bit longer. In my opinion they went above and beyond and did far more than I would have expected. Beyond that, they were just really kind and professional. Because of the care and assistance I received with my issue, I know that I will be back for future purchases.

I’ve never seen them before and I’m here almost every other week. I’ve gotten my oil from this specific store for about eight years. I told them the make the model and the engine size. This lady Tells me that oh there’s two types of filters for your engine, We won’t be able to tell you, which is for your engine, but you can buy both and try which one works for you. That’s not the crazy part . she then goes on to say well there’s a few different types of oil. You can just choose one and see if it works for you If not, you can come back and buy some more. So then, I tell her that I’ve gotten my oil here for eight years And I’ve never had an Issue. She said well they probably changed the filter size of the engine. I told her the car is a 2011 and we are in the year 2025. She said maybe overtime the filter cartridge gets loose and they have to offer a bigger size to compensate for the looseness. Long story short I am now switching over to AutoZone.
