  The whole team at this location was super helpful during a frustrating time. They explained everything that needed to be done to my car clearly and checked with me to make sure I understand. There mechanic Bob was able to provide me with confidence in his work, and the manager Larrietta kept me informed with a friendly smile and professional demeanor. Prices are great and I will be back again.

  The service manager MItchell was very accommodating and polite and understood I had just been taken advantage of from another local buisness. They mechanic bob Was very thorough and obviously very talented and takes pride in his work. I cannot thank these guys and that buisness enough for getting me in so short notice and being so awesome and understanding. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to the streetsboro ntb for all of your repairs. Thanks again guys!

  I was passing through going back home to PA and had a flat tire and stopped at NTB in Streetsboro OH and encounter the most amazing encounter with the store manager Larrietta Campbell and she was such a huge help got me in and out in a very timely manner and I would recommend when stopping through to go to this location!!

  I want to take the time to give 5 starts to Larrietta and the attention she gives customers. She truly keeps the customer first in mind. There were some issues with my car and she contacted me to explain what was happening . She took the time to work with me and correct different actions that occurred. She explained the reasoning behind what was needed to be repaired and showed me what was going on. She wanted to ensure that my car was safe to drive. I appreciate how much time she took to help me out! She is absolutely the best!

  Honestly word can't describe how greatful I am to have came here today . I was helped by Larrietta Campbell and when I say this woman is a blessing she is a blessing. I came hoping to get my tired patched and ended up needing a whole new tire . When I say she helped me I mean she did an amazing excellent job . Words I can't even describe how grateful I am for her definitely a lifetime client after today . Once again thank you Larrietta for everything you've done for me today I am overly greatful for the kindness she has done today
