- DDDennis DiMartinoDec 9, 20252.0Stopped in last Saturday because I didn't feel like freezing to change the oil myself in Winter. Tech quickly guided me to drive into their garage. Another Tech who handled getting info, etc. was friendly and polite. Price for synthetic oil change was $118, so way overpriced. Felt as if I had few choices and was already inside, so I consented. Oil change was very prompt as it should be. Problems: 1. A 3rd Tech who changed my oil didn't check the level on my dipstick u til the 2nd Tech reminded him. 2. None of the 3-4 Techs involved changed my reset level on dashboard computer or told me how to do it myself. 3. Didn't remove my old windshield sticker or put on the new one. It was just an OK experience, but left me feeling like nobody really cared. Won't be going back there. The excessive price and poor customer experience means that I won't use any Valvoline in the future.
