They even followed up in a couple of days to see how the car was driving and if I had any questions. I would definitely rent from them again.

While I waited my turn to pick up a car I cold not fit my husband and self in side by side, I heard two complaining customers about cost at drop off. I called ahead of time to find out what I needed and cost. When I arrived there were only two cars in the lot and it was explained there were not a whole lot of cars available. I left in something that my normal sized family did not fit in. It was explained to me that I would be paying one amount over my insurances allowance daily. When I called today to drop off my rental I was advised that I would be paying double what I was advised due to taxes. This may seem frivolous but not only did I ask all the questions when I heard unhappy other clients on day one I re-asked. This is an industry that constantly gets its consumers from claims of a vehicle or cancellation of a flight. In an industry striving to help in an already negative situation its important to be upfront and correct.

He explained things to me in a way I understood, made sure I was happy with everything and asked if I had any questions. I don’t think that I could have had a better experience with renting a car for the first time if I tried; and again, that’s all thanks to Tristan! Thank you, Tristan! You deserve a raise.

Also always so nice when answering my silly questions. This was my first rental car experience and I would highly recommend this crew!
