They just never realized that those customers were family friends of the person they were making fun of the worst part is one of them was the manager. I have since gone to corporate. I've also emailed the CEO I am just waiting for a phone call back. But I am appalled. By all of this, especially since the manager, when I called to confront them, lied to me. Is this the kind of face you want for your company? Heartless people like this.
