I was extremely disappointed to be told that my vehicle (2020 Chevy Traverse) was too heavy for their lift and i couldn’t get my tires rotated. That was the main reason I went to that location so I could get my tires rotated since the website says it’s offered. A warning or weight limit should be posted so customers know ahead of time. Now I have to go to another location on another time. Very disappointing.
