  Just got my car washed from Take 5 on Kent Road. The place did a great job and the gentleman there helped me figure out the pricing methods and I appreciate that very much. Thank you for being so courteous and professional.

  Me and my mother were trying to clean our cars.They were closing up an hour early would not get any towels for us? They shut the cleaning supplies cabinet while I was still using it.\n I asked for something multiple times they wouldn't get it. I don't think I'll be back

  We came to the Take 5 Car Wash at 9:30 on a busy Saturday morning, expecting the usual quick in-and-out experience, but what we got was so much more! The young man who greeted us (I wish I’d caught his name, he had a big smile and an energetic vibe) was an absolute delight from start to finish. He was super friendly, genuinely enthusiastic about his job, and went out of his way to explain the wash options without any pushy sales tactics. He even noticed a couple of stubborn spots on our windshield from the week’s worth of road grime and made sure the team hit them extra during the hand-dry portion. The whole process was fast, thorough, and our car came out looking showroom new sparkling rims, streak-free windows, the works. His positive attitude made the whole visit feel special and fun instead of just another errand. In a world where good customer service can be hard to find, this guy truly stood out and made our day brighter. This man nothing is nothing more than a saint. He gave us the Super Deluxe Premium Car Wash free of charge, and made our day truly spectacular. Highly recommend this location, and if you see that cheerful young team member, give him a high-five (or a good tip—he deserves it!). 5 stars all the way! 🚗✨

  Positives (+): Price and location are great. Attendant was nice and helpful. Facility looked clean and tidy. It's nice to have a place where you can vacuum your car, too. They don't put one of those annoying tags on your windshield that are hard to remove if you're a member. Negatives (-): Carwash feels a little janky inside compared to most others in the area. It's annoying if you need to turn left when leaving. Website is unclear about whether this carwash has underbody spray (only says "rust prevention") and I did not notice any underbody spraying when I went through, regardless of which package was selected (they may have it, but I lack trust when it's not made very clear). Website's membership page has been taken down or blocked by the company as of 02/13/26 so you can't manage or cancel your membership by yourself online. There are other car washes in the area that are a little more pricey, but you can fully manage your membership online and cancel with ease, wash and clean your floor mats, and get an underbody cleaning with certainty. I've decided to pay the extra price to go to another carwash a little further away as the quality and offerings are better.

  I went through this carwash this morning and my car didnt get washed. No soap , no water ..it just wasnt working . Had to pull back around and the worker told me to go back through. Second time worked except I got home and the back end of my car was still filthy. I had to rewash it with a bucket of water in my garage! Also their vacuums didn't work . I had to move my car three times to find one that sort of worked! Also the trash around the vacuum area was unbelievable. Apparently they dont clean or maintain anything! When you pay for a service to get your car washed you shouldn't have to come home and rewash it!!! Never going back and dont recommend anyone else going there.
