I was experiencing issues with my battery and they both went out of their way to assist me. They took the time to thoroughly diagnose the battery performance and ultimately discovered that battery had a bad cell, with only 10.2 volts remaining. Their attention to detail, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile made a stressful situation much easier to handle. It is clear that they are both dedicated professionals who truly care about helping customers. I’m very grateful for their support and impressed by the teamwork they demonstrated. They are a fabulous group, and I hope their efforts are recognized and appreciated.
