  Had a good experience at NTB (National Tire & Battery). Friendly staff, quick service, and everything went exactly how it should. No complaints at all.

  They tried so hard to fix our van that was on it's very last legs, just to try to help us limp it somewhere for the night. They worked past closing, thanks to their dedication and the owner/manager (I'm sorry I don't remember the title of the main man in charge). They were even going to let us stay in the lot with it overnight to try and do something with it the next day if they couldn't get it going in time. They went above and beyond, were very kind and outgoing and never showed any ounce of impatience or annoyance at having to try to fix our van. I will never go to any other NTB as long as I'm closest to this one and will always recommend it. Thank you folks so much, you really helped us out and did so much more than you had to. Amazing service! Comfortable waiting room and very clean!

  Everyone here is very personable and they see to care greatly for their customers! They are very friendly and even show you in person what the problem is, in turn, educating the customer on a bit of car knowledge as well! I would recommend anyone to come here for any repairs they need!

  WARNING: PLEASE READ! please do not ever go to this shop. You won’t believe the situation they put me in. I have a newborn baby and so I called and asked them to do a safety inspection on both me and my boyfriend’s car. My boyfriend had his car inspected and they quoted $1600 of repairs needed. We agreed to have them replace all of these “findings” because we want the utmost safety for driving our newborn. We get his car back and there is a loud banging noise. We took it back when we picked mine up because they said I needed new front brakes. They checked his car and found that the mechanic who worked on it did the shocks, sway bars, mounting brackets and everything they did was done either incorrectly, missing or wrong!! I had to argue with the manager to be refunded for the labor costs which he begrudgingly refunded some and he said ONLY if I take down my google review (I deleted the last post explaining this) but now there is an additional problem: the brakes the put on my car started grinding so I had a mechanic look at them and just walking up to them without even taking anything apart he could see they were done incorrectly!! He noticed right away that the rotor shields were rubbing up against the rotor. He also noticed that my tire has a golf ball size lump on the outer sidewall, which this place told me my tires were great. This place has managed to completely screw up 2 cars, and didn’t even consider that the only reason I wanted them check was safety for my newborn. Now I have to take both cars to a trusted mechanic to repair what this place has done. They claimed that a different mechanic worked on my car than my boyfriends, so either the manager lied to me or they have several incompetent staff. It makes me sick how bad they messed up the cars and not only didn’t respect and honor that I wanted a safety check, but they completely put our safety at risk.

  Fast, efficient, and truly professional. The repairs were completed quickly without cutting corners, and everything was clearly explained along the way. The team was knowledgeable, respectful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s hard to find shops that combine speed with quality, but they absolutely delivered. Highly recommend!
