  My daughter and I called Safelite to repair a passenger side window. They came and did so however, he messed up all the windows now none of them work so they told us to bring it to the shop and they would change out whatever fuse needed it change. They did not change anything now. It is going on four months and none of the windows in my car work. However, Safelite said it is not their fault when all of the windows were working even the broken window was working. So he repaired the broken window that window doesn’t even go down or up. Don’t use Safelite Inn Steubenville. They are garbage.. And customer service isn’t any better they’re very argumentative rude and don’t wanna hear anything. The customers have to say. Safelite Inn Steubenville needs to be shut down. Those workers are lazy and don’t know their stuff.

  Fast, efficient and courteous service. My service tech, Matt, was great! I have no complaints. He arrived at promised time and did a fantastic and fast job. I would use them again for sure!!!

  My service tech was VERY personable and professional. The job was completed in 40 minutes from start to clean up! I would absolutely recommend them to others.

  Came here for a warranty replacement for a stress crack and 2 gentleman came out and helped me out, I was a walk in and they stopped what they were doing and helped me out. Nate Heath helped me schedule my appointment to get my windshield replaced meanwhile Matt Sanders noticed my wipers were put on incorrectly from a previous job unrelated to safelite and took some time to help me out and fix them really quick and it wasn’t asked of him to do it, nor was it a big job or anything but it was the thought that counted and the little things truly matter and it really made my day. Got some great guys down here doing great work. Very social and very polite. Will definitely recommend people to come down here.
