I was told I could have the chip repaired at no cost to me. However, the repair caused my windshield to crack. I was not told that this could happen. So now I have to replace my windshield costing me a $ 500.00 deductible. Neither Safelite or Farmers insurance will eat the cost of my deductible. Does this seem fair? Went in with a chip and left with a crack. Great job Safe lite!
