I was directed into the bay with positive encouragement, as I expressed my hesitation and fear of driving into the pit. I was given an explanation of the process and offered an additional additive to help flush out any dirt or debris with the old oil, which I opted to partake. I was advised to do an air filter change, which I also opted to do, but unfortunately I had to go to the parts store to get it because they did not have the one my car required in stock. With that being said, the gentleman offered to install it if I brought it back to him, but I had my husband switch it out. My payment was swift and a coupon was happily accepted and applied to my balance. My overall experience was great and I will be returning again! I recommend to anyone wanting a painless, fast and worry free oil change to take their business to Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change in St. Clairsville, Ohio.
