A representative reached out letting me know the windshield would not be available for the appointment. She was able to reschedule the install at the relatives location four states away at my earliest convenience. She tried her best to make lemonade from lemans and in the end had a great experience and service. This was not the first time I used Safelite and always happy with the results.
