I would NOT buy or trust this dealer. I spoke with Zach Restau via email most the day 3/6. Made a deal on a Ford F150. Told them I would be driving 3 hours the next morning and intended to be there between 9:30 and 10:00 Saturday morning 3/7. I asked if they could put truck as pending and he said they knew I was coming and would NOT sell the truck from under me. I get there Saturday morning at roughly 9:35 to another couple taking it for a test drive. I asked Zach why and he said it was an AI generator appointment the nihjt before that couldn't be avoided. They look at my trade and bring me a sales sheet. I countered the offer. 30 minutes later Zach and John Raster come out and tell me the truck is sold. I asked how that could be since I had an email saying it would not be sold from out from under me. I leave and drive the 3 hours back. Roughly 5:00pm that afternoon Matt Crosbie, area manager he said, calls and apologizes and tells me that is not how they do business and would I give him a chance to earn my business and he had councilled the sales man and sales manager. I told him he sounded sincere and since they already ran my credit I would but would not drive back. He said whatever I decided I wanted they would deliver. I told him a truck I saw I liked and he said he would look into it Monday morning 3/9. That was the last i heard from the dealership other than receiving a small gift card. Everything he said was lip service in my opinion.

This was my first time purchasing a used car from a dealership and was extremely nervous about the entire process. I visited a different location and had a pretty bad experience which added to my nerves. From the moment I called the Springfield location my experience was 100x better. I was working with Kameron Horsley she made the process as easy as possible and you can tell she truly cares, and wants you to end up in something reliable & you’ll love. She was incredibly patient especially since the first day meeting with her I was there for 3.5 hours just going over possible options. All the managers I talked to were also very helpful they worked super hard to find the perfect fit for me and I can’t say enough good! If you visit ask for Kam , she’s the absolute best !!!

We went to Toyota in Cincinnati and they pretty much told my friend she couldn’t get a car and was a little disrespectful .. The second we walked into springfield Toyota we were greeted and everyone was so nice. Kameron Horsley was her dealer and she was AMAZINGGG! Her and her manager worked day and night to find my friend a car in her price range and was sooo helpful!!!! She was so patient considering the first day we was there for 4.5 hours ! If I had to recommend getting a car from anyone , it would be KAM ! Not a single complaint about her, she will get you the best deal !!!

Very bad customer service. Called 10 times to schedule service appointment but unfortunately no one picked that call, every time they transfer to service department and no one will pick your call. I got really upset and got trouble because of this issue. Please don’t schedule service appointment with them , just a waste of time.

I had such an amazing experience at Jeff Wyler Toyota leasing my very first car! As a first-time leaser, I was a little nervous going into the process, but the entire team made it so easy and stress-free.
Matthew Crosbie was absolutely incredible. He took his time explaining everything to me, answered all of my questions, and really made sure I understood each step of the leasing process. He never made me feel rushed or pressured and truly helped me pick out the perfect car for my needs. His customer service and communication were top-notch!
Rocky was also fantastic. He walked me through all of the features of my new car and made sure I felt comfortable and confident before driving off the lot. He explained everything clearly and made it fun and exciting.
I couldn’t have asked for a better first car leasing experience. I highly recommend Jeff Wyler Toyota Springfield — such a friendly, professional, and supportive team!
