- ADandrew drolsonApr 1, 20262.0I've waited 3 months for a charge cord that they require I buy because it was included in the vehicle package. A detailer stole the charging cord and I don't live in the area so they said they would overnight it to me. I've randomly called and text my salesperson and the dealership but only recieve a response when they needed something. I decided to help them because Hyundai finance never sent me a title and after many attempts, they also wouldn't send me or the dealer a special form so they could sell my old vehicle. Overall, great dealer, Brian was a great salesperson, but don't expect anything once the deal has been made. Its a shame I cant add pictures of proof for contact attempts.

So this had been an extremely stressful time for me. I had been looking and looking for the right vehicle. Dani did not pester me or bug me during this process. She would call to get me an update on certain vehicles I asked about and was just extremely patient with me. I could not have asked for a better person to help me get the exact car I was looking for. I’m a very happy customer! I will definitely go back to her if I ever need anything again in a heart beat. Also Tyler help close the whole deal! He was also awesome and went through all of my options with me. Just overall great experience. Thank you guys once again.
