- DBDarwin BixbyOct 27, 20241.0Took my 2021 Dodge Challenger scatpack here for service and oil change. Was given a 7 thousand dollar quote for a clutch replacement. I found a place that was way more reasonable, declined their offer went to pay for the service n oil change. Went to look at my oil because it said it was still 30% oil life left checked the dip stick and it was still black and low. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Plus when you call them they never pick up the phone in the service department. Went to get my money back and was told it had to go through corporate and it would be weeks for a check to be issued. To be told the foreman has 30 years experience and "wouldn't bullsh!t him" (the service manager) is odd because we didn't say he did. We were inquiring why the oil wasn't changed yet we were told it was. They even changed the sticker saying when to do the next oil change. If we hadn't looked we have never known... Couple weeks has passed finally get the "corporate refund check" only for it to be the WRONG NAME on it. Your dealership costed me 350$+plus gave me HORRIBLE customer service but the cherry on top is the way every single person WAS INSINCERE and UNPROFESSIONAL about the whole situation.
