  I purchased a vehicle here and my experience wasn’t all that great. I declined their vehicle tracking system and they still put stickers for it all over my vehicle and refused to remove them. Then, about 6 months after purchase, I started having lots of issues with the vehicle. The entire engine and other components had to be replaced on this vehicle at 54,000 miles. I’ve been without it for almost 2 months waiting on parts and everything else. I would never purchase another vehicle from Jeff Wyler.

  I want to recognize Zoey and her excellent customer service. My 2025 Jeep GCSR was recently at the dealership with air suspension alerts.Due to a back order on the part, they had my jeep for a couple of weeks. Jeep was originally saying that it would be a month before the part would be in but Zoey and her team made things happen faster. Zoey was very informative and followed up with my husband with everything that was happening. Overall, the experience was stressful but was handled with grace by this dealership. I also want to thank the mechanic that worked on my Jeep, I honestly think it’s driving better than it ever has!

  I couldn't be happier with Jeff Wyler Springfield Auto Mall team (specifically RAM) and their outstanding customer service and care. I want to publicly praise the patience, support, and dedication both John Horne and Matt Crosbie showed me throughout the entire process. I was having multiple problems with a purchased 2025 Ram 1500 Laramie and Ram corporate was unresponsive and doing nothing to resolve a lingering18-month issue. Without hesitation, John Horne recognized the problem and spoke with me for 45 minutes to garner in depth knowledge so he could advocate on my behalf. Once we spoke, he involved the sales manager, Matt Crosbie to help facilitate and continue to advocate for me as a consumer. Within days, they had an established plan and had me in a loaner vehicle (for free) while they worked with Ram corporate on my behalf. As luck would have it, I fell in love with the loaner vehicle (2026 Toyota Tundra) and ended up working with Matt Crosbie throughout negotiations. Matt was very patient, researched every angle, and gave me the best deal I could possibly imagine, and I am very happy with my new 2026 Tundra. If you are a skeptic (like me) when dealing with dealerships and salesman, let me reassure you Wyler Springfield folks embody true customer service and satisfaction and will go well above and beyond to help! Great job gentlemen! Appreciate the support, award-winning customer service, and willingness to help throughout the entire process!
