After being stranded for over 2 hours on the side of the highway we finally got a spare. Staff at NTB actually stayed past closing time to take care of us and replace our tire. Super friendly, super kind, and great service. Would highly recommend!!!

They saw me within 15 minutes of when I pulled in, did diagnostic tests and determined that it was NOT the battery, alternator or anything unsafe. Probably a loose wire. Told me it was safe to drive; driving would not make it worse. They also told me what signs of serious trouble to watch for. Within an hour I was on my way. They could just as easily have sold me services I didn't need. I was at their mercy, far from home at rhe start of a long trip. Instead they ran the tests, reassured me and sent me on my way. "What do I owe you?" "Nothing! Glad we could help. Have a good trip." Wow! Thank you!

- OOOuchNov 1, 20255.0Dudes have been my go-to for years but I came in with a car I had bought 3 weeks prior and all the tires needed balanced. I only thought it was one and was financially prepared for that. Unfortunately a couple bolts also got broken, not this shops fault. Store manager took my bill down to where I could make it work, helped me out tremendously. I'll keep coming back.

I made the mistake of buying the tires, but now I'm stuck with a new set of shoes and no way to mount and balance. I should have walked when they said they wouldn't work on an F350.
