  The absolute rudest people, i told the guy "I think " and didn't even get the rest of what I was going say out of my mouth & his exact words were " I can't do i think" i will never ever go back to that store or business, zero stars, extremely unprofessional. I'll take my business to Grismer tire like I normally do

  I had a screw in my tire and NTB was able to get me in immediately and fix it within 30 minutes. They are all so friendly and helpful, even checking other things before returning my car.

  They did a great job replacing my special order tires on short notice and we're very upfront about pricing. They even managed to work through the power going on and off multiple times.

  You did my friend dirty! You gaslighted them and lied to their faces. Too bad the restaurant next door had it on video that you ripped off their bumper. Then lied and even went so far as to say the wind might have done it. You all deserve to be fired!! These are good people. And you haven’t even offered them a refund for the alignment. Shame on you!!

  It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review. Please look at other reviews they are positive. TL/DR: poor communication skills/ bad customer service I went in yesterday afternoon and decided on a tire at a decent cost and made an appointment for 9am. When I left they told me to pull in front of the garages to drop off. I barely opened the door and the guy working said “you can’t park there”. I said “ I was told yesterday to pull right there and drop off the keys for my appointment” He said “park there” in a condescending tone. I don’t have time for rude people in my life especially when I’m handing off my hard earned money and following previously arranged instructions. He didn’t say “good morning how can I help you?… ok can I have you move your truck to the parking spots over here while we settle the paperwork and the mechanics get the bays ready” he just met me with a rude tone before I could even get in the door and I refuse to pay someone money or have them work on my vehicle if they can’t even treat fellow humans kindly. He was the same guys that was huffing and puffing when I was asking about what tires they carried and price differences yesterday.
