    The service department at Jeff Wyler Toyota did an excellent job of helping with a recent car problem. All of our 2021 Rav4 dashboard lights were lit up, and the car was struggling to accelerate. We were able get the car to sputter into the service department area, and even though it was after hours, Noah helped get the car into the bay were it good stay over night. He assured us that the car would be looked at between scheduled appointments the next day. By 10am the next day, he called explaining the problem. (It happened to be improperly installed spark plugs from a previous shop 6 months earlier). By 3pm that same day we had our Rav4 back and running much better. From my experience with this service team, I will be taking any further Toyota service directly to them. While the prices may be higher, it is worth the quality of work that they do, and doing that work correctly the first time. I will be recommending this service department based on my positive experiences with both service and parts purchases. Professional and pleasant to work with.

    Bought my car here people are friendly but no point in having an appointment to get your car serviced when you have to wait almost 2 hours for it to be done. It’s been this way every time I’ve had an appointment. Ridiculous honestly.

    Went for my 10000 mile service, gave me a shuttle ride to and from dealer and vehicle was ready before they said it would be.
