I am a 55year old heart patient and I went into this place and immediately the energy must have been off, I requested assistance with installing new battery and was advised, wo no way, after Alex/Alec, looked under my hood. I have always gone to local Autozones and received assistance with no arrogance or immaturity. I requested to at least use ratchet if possible, this guy was going to leave me stranded, he obliged. It seemed due to his attitude, the other 3 workers didn't/wouldn't help me either. One guy outside did show me how to use ratchet, I struggled for some time. I even told Alex, who seemed to be running things in this store, that it wasn't hard to do, I looked it up on Google. He still declined to provide any further customer service other than to come outside and watch me do it, stating they were not allowed to help, they dont want to break anything. I advised him if he wasn't going to help, I appreciated if he didn't stand over my shoulder. He stated he was just checking on me. The guy who assisted with ratchet came back out and laughingly asked if I had a flash light as it was getting ready to be dark. I laughingly said for what, I would be done before dark. It wasnt like he had one in his hand to offer me. Install battery/hold flashlight at same time solo?!?! Obviously, he knew it would take me awhile. I went across the street to Napa and explained my circumstance, the gentleman stated they should install for me, I advised him that they ALL refused. He couldnt leave as there was only two people there. It can be seen on camera that I came in desperately requesting help. I eventually saw a gentleman walking and nervously asked fo him to help, I paid him to help me. I cried the entire time from being put through such a horrible ordeal. If I wasn't stranded and could purchased battery at Napa or anywhere else, I would have. I was solo with no one to call for assistance. So after ordeal, I was left to purchase my battery from these awful people. I kindly asked clerk if he could carry battery outside for me as they are very heavy, he agreed but still he refused. Each time, I had to return into store, Alex/Alec was publicly criticizing me letting everyone behind counter and customers could hear him, know how he was/did shut me down. By the time it was said and done, I was having chest pain and almost had to go to ER, I still may need to due to this trauma. What has our world come to, no respect, regard, or care. I will never return. If I could give them a 0, that is what they would get.

I placed an order online and after almost 2 hours the order was not ready. I came into the store and there was three young white guys and I ask if my order was ready, which it was not then they started picking my order and they did not Have the filter I order so they say we’re gonna have to cancel your order because we don’t have the filter and I say well I still need the other parts. Just cancel the filter and they say no we wanna have to cancel it all. This used to be my favorite Store but now I’m gonna lean towards advance auto parts FYI, they had trap music all over the store.
