  Mike at this location was aweful. He tried to sell me on everything except what I need. He scare bullied me into purchasing a $300 battery, and when my issue was resolved without need the battery ( it was never even installed in my car, didnt even leave my trunk) the store refused to accept the battery back. Another employee told me that it was clear it had been installed because there were scrapes on the power nodes , the scrapes Mike put there cleaning off any oxidation. I took the battery to another location and they happily took it back and gave me a full refund with absolutely no hassle. I do not recommend this location at all, shout out the the Derr road location for being amazing!
