  The Grift Is Real... I went to Mr. Tire in South Euclid on accident because that was where Waze App lead me to. I made an appointment Sunday morning at Tire Choice on Mayfield Rd. When I got to Mr.Tire they informed me that I didn't have an appointment but they would take care of me. I Iooked at my phone and realized my mistake and told them and they said :They were the same company and Tire Choice didn't have mechanics working on Sundays." This was said to me multiple times. They told me they cold do a diagnostic and it would cost me $50 but that would be added in if I got the service done. Ok fine, I only needed, brakes and rotors for a 2012 Kia Sportage. He had the audacity to come back with a quote of $1600, I just told him to give me my key, and I even said I should have followed my mind when I found out I was at the wrong place. They said again well you're not going to get any service there cause they don't have a mechanic on Sunday. I stopped at Tire Choice which is a half mile down the road from them and guess what... they had a mechanic on duty. So I do not trust your company. You thought you had some dumb woman standing in front of you, and I got my brakes done yesterday for $500 from a different company. I've left 2 messages with the district manager Ed, because I want a refund of my $50 those liars told me I needed new calipers and all this work which I did not. DO NOT GO THERE!

  So I called Mr. Tire and I told them I need full on breaks and rotors okay so that means breaks, pads, rotors. I said how much will that be they told me 159, then they switched it over to the manager and then he said it is actually 259 per Axel so I said fine that's cool I'm on my way. When I get there they put the car on the rack come back out talking about $911. I said what happened to the 250 per axel which would be 500? He said well you need brakes and rotors I told you that and that was the price you gave me then he tried to lie and say that was not what he said when I walked in the door you already said are you the avalon it is you who I talk to so you lying. Never again. You charged me $50 to put my car on the rack to tell me what I already knew

  I had a flat tire less than half a mile from this Mr. Tire location and had my vehicle towed here for a simple tire change. Instead of helping, the General Manager immediately insisted on performing a full brake inspection before even looking at the tire — something I did not request and did not need. Despite explaining that I only needed my spare tire installed, I was charged $168 for an unwanted brake inspection and another $168 just to change the tire, totaling $399.14 for a basic service. What makes this worse is that Mr. Tire advertises free brake inspections on their own website. When I pointed this out, the manager dismissed it as “semantics.” As a longtime South Euclid resident, I’m extremely disappointed. This experience felt exploitative and completely out of line with what a reputable service center should provide.

  Great experience! I had to have my tire and/ or rim fixed after hitting a HORRIBLE pothole. I found Mr Tire through Google and I'm glad I called. They were able to give me an appointment for the same day and were honest about what I needed- just the rim/ wheel, not another tire. Stan was patient and helpful and Delwin was pleasant and professional when picking my car up. I will recommend them to anyone that has tire/ muffler/ brake issues.

  I purchased a new tire which cost $144, went back a little over a week later because of a slow leak. The valve stem was leaking. They wanted to charge me $169 to replace the sensor and valve stem. Which the valve stem should have been included in the price. It says so on their paperwork. Dan the manager was very rude and acted like it wasn't his problem. Very unprofessional. I ended up paying an additional $32 at another tire shop to fix a problem that i had already paid to have solved. Don't waste your time at this location.
