I arrived at 12:34 it was already a car here waiting the lady asked if I could switch sides I’m assuming because she knew that side would be done first. I did so no issue around 1:15 I’m still sitting at the garage door waiting the lady I switched sides with was leaving out I thought they would let me come to that side since I have been waiting for almost a hour. They then proceeded to tell me that it’s nothing they could do when they could have let me drive up ahead of this lady. Mind you the worker that came out and asked me to move was a white lady the lady she asked me to move for was white and the lady that went ahead of me again was white. Please avoid this location on Warrensville they are very unprofessional the time is now 1:27 pm just pulling in
