Manager on site spoke with me personally to see if I needed any assistance and was friendly. How can I say this; the service amazingly took their time and was fast at the same time. I've taken all three of my vehicles to South Euclid Valvoline Station before, and always received the same impeccable service. To date I've forwarded Valvoline discount coupons to 17 co-workers, 8 family members and 102 of my online Facebook friends. I've gotten numerous thank you and appreciations from everyone who I contacted. That alone is a testament of how special the team is at the South Euclid location. I highly recommend the entire team to be promoted to help continue your companies' growth and reputation.

You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the customers. Trey also did an excellent job working on my car — quick, efficient, and thorough while making sure everything was done perfectly. Both Nate and Trey worked great together and created such a positive atmosphere. It’s not often you find a team that’s this friendly, fast, and professional at the same time. I’ll definitely be coming back because of them — 10/10 experience all around!
