Terrible customer service and excuses. I scheduled a routine oil change based on when they could fit me in, specifically letting them know I would be waiting on the vehicle. When I arrived I was told it would a minimum of 2-3 hours to complete and when I questioned how this happened I was told by the counter representative that he didn’t schedule the request. I pulled up my call logs from my phone when I scheduled the appointment to make sure that it was in fact the correct phone number and only then did he say well that call is routed to a call center and they didn’t actually know their schedule. There was no attempt to do anything or even apologize for my time being wasted. I’ve used two Mr. Tire locations over the years, specifically for the customer service and comfort of the mechanics who worked there but they have both left the company. I tried one last time with them being gone with this being the result.
